"UniSort" can instantly detect and recognize the materials of various waste plastic containers, allowing for easy sorting (separation) of only the desired material containers. By utilizing the fact that the absorption of wavelengths differs depending on the material when near-infrared (NIR) light is irradiated onto plastics, it can instantly detect the material of the target object. Through the injection from air nozzles installed at the end of the conveyor, only the desired objects are blown upwards and separated (removed).
